There’s no question that obesity is becoming a big health concern in the UK. With 36.2% of adults now classed as being overweight and 28% being obese, the number of related health problems such as diabetes and high blood pressure is also rising.


As June marks Healthy Eating Week (13th – 17th) and Diabetes Week (13th- 19th), there’s never been a better time to reflect on our eating habits and make positive lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension and other illnesses.
